We received our slide scanning project back from your company earlier this week and I just had to write a note to you folks. We are just blown away with the quality of the work you did for us!!!! Your website made a lot of promises and raised the bar pretty high for our expectations but your actual performance beat those high expectations. Most of our slides were 35-40 years old and so faded that we didn't think it would be worth having them scanned by you. I must say, they almost look new on our computer and TV. What you folks have done with our old slides is a miracle. I can hardly wait to give the copies of the DVDs out to our family members (which are now spread across the country). First, this one review involves 3 separate orders, regarding film transfer and video...

For all the orders, I give the phone and email answering folks, Kim and Michelle, two thumbs up! They answered my multitude of questions correctly in a timely manner. And, if the question involved something technical in regards to my film or video, they'd get the answers and get back to me.

For the technicians, 2 thumbs up as well. That's not easy watching boring home movies... especially when it's someone they don't know! I could see they put the effort into reviving old damaged film in an attempt to recover memories otherwise lost. The high definition, color correction, new USB"3" hard drive, are all cutting edge. Thank you very much.

Every single one of you have done a wonderful job, my family and I are very pleased, and I have recommended you to other family members who have heard of my digital conversion project.
