First let me say this whole experience has been enjoyable from the first time I contacted you to transfer some slides to digital. I was happy with that order then I received this huge amount of old film from the family and I knew I would trust it to you.

I appreciated how organized you were and I followed your instructions to organize all the films and tapes before mailing. I also appreciated when you listened to my request of making sure all the digital ended up as .mov files.

My order arrived safe and sound and I am so pleased with your work. I am doing little by little as it's extensive and can be a little overwhelming!
