The photos turned out great. I was very pleased with the turn around time and quality of the work. It was a little confusing to get an email with the total for the invoice saying the order was completed, and then to get the box with the returned slides a few days later, but for the pictures not to be uploaded to the cloud for a few days after receiving the disk. Other than that, everything was great.

We have been especially pleased with the Larsen Digital service on this order. The scans were very good, despite a significant variation in our original film densities and types. We liked the fact that we were contacted in advance for additional instructions where there were questions about handling, such as cutting film into strips where necessary. Also very much liked the attention to details in my original instructions about how I wanted the images returned.

The pricing, of course, was excellent! I believe we got more than just full value for the services requested. I think everyone at Larsen went the extra mile to ensure our film, slides, and scans were handled as we would have ourselves.

The scans have been reviewed, and film and slides returned to our files. We will begin preparing for our next order.
